I completed my 5-year postgraduate training in general practice/family medicine in southwest England, UK, achieving membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. I have also attained the Licentiate Certification of the Medical Council of Canada, as well as the Canadian specialist qualification in family medicine, with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

As a family physician, my main interest is a holistic approach to the care of my patients and their families. I also have further postgraduate qualifications, experience and interests in dermatology, elderly care, women’s health/contraception, occupational health, palliative care and therapeutics, therefore broadening my scope of practice. I am married and I have 2 young children. Outside of work, I enjoy watching football (soccer), as I am a keen Arsenal Football club fan and my life is centred around choices that promote positive mental and physical well-being.
