At HALO Medical Clinic, we are committed to providing a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for both our patients and our team. We kindly ask that you review the following guidelines to help us serve you efficiently and respectfully.

Dos

  • Please be patient with us. Our phone lines can become very busy. If you leave a voicemail, we will return your call as soon as possible.
     

  • Follow up on your results. It is your responsibility to follow up with your doctor regarding test results and investigation outcomes.
     

  • Stay informed. Visit our website regularly for updates, clinic hours, and important information.
     

  • Share your feedback. We welcome your input as we continually strive to improve our services.

Don'ts

  • Do not engage in disrespectful or aggressive behaviour. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intimidation, or abusive conduct toward our physicians or staff. Our team deserves a safe and respectful workplace at all times.
     

  • Please do not leave multiple voicemails. We aim to return calls within 1–2 business days and appreciate your patience and trust while we respond.
     

  • Do not email confidential medical information or images. For privacy and security reasons, these emails will be deleted and not acted upon. Please consult your doctor regarding the most secure method of communication.
