Do's
  • Bear with us with any delays in answering your call, our phone lines can get very busy! If you leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

  • Ensure to follow up on all your results/outcomes for all investigations. It is your responsibility to follow up with the doctor.

 

  • Give us your feedback and visit our website regularly for updates, hours of operation and information about our clinic.

Don'ts
  • Please do not be unkind or act aggressively to our doctors or staff. We are here to help but have zero-tolerance to any actions that may be deemed to be harassing in nature.

  • Do not leave multiple voicemails, we aim to return messages within 1-2 working days, please trust that we would return your call as soon as we get the chance.

  • Refrain from emailing in confidential medical information or pictures. These will be immediately deleted and not acted upon. Please seek guidance from your doctor on the best and most secure way to communicate with them.
