I am popularly known as Philip. I completed my undergraduate training at the university of Benin in Nigeria. My postgraduate General Practice (Family Medicine) training was done in the East Midlands Deanery of England, United Kingdom where I obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians. Prior to this, I obtained a Master’s degree in International Public Health with Planning and Management from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. I have also attained the Licentiate Certification of the Medical Council of Canada and the Canadian Specialist Family Physician Designation with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
I have a wide range of experience in medical practice across different healthcare settings including urgent and emergency care as well as community-based clinical practice, I have several years’ experience in Family Practice including medical education, mental health and holistic approach to patient and family wellbeing. I am also keenly interested in safeguarding adults and children. I am committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, staying abreast with the latest developments in medical practice. I am blessed to be married to an amazing wife and we have 2 lovely children. Time with them is the best part of my day. I love watching and playing football in my spare time. I also love swimming and playing chess.
