Through my day-to-day work, it is clear to me that more needs to be done for individuals who suffer with long-term medical conditions: depression, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, to name a few, and I have several years of experience that cuts across the full scope of general practice. I completed my General Practice (Family Medicine) residency training in Derbyshire, England. I also hold a post-graduate diploma with the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. 

I have a keen interest in elderly medicine, women’s health, urgent care and medical education. I am an advocate for promoting lifestyle choices which optimise health and well-being. 

I also enjoy playing tennis, travelling and exploring new places, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with family.
